How to upload a meal to your food journal

Have you been assigned to keep track of your meals? Here's how to use the Food Journal feature to create a food log, so you and your trainer can easily discuss your nutrition habits.

How to upload to your Food Journal

Food Journal card on the Today page.
โ€‹

  1. From the Today page look for the Food Journal card. Tap Add Meal.

  2. Add a description and photo of your meal, then tap Post.

  3. You're done! From here you can review your food entries and leave comments or see comments from your coach.

Quick tip: Try to include clear photos of your food along with portion sizes where possible and clear explanations. This helps your coach to give better feedback on the food you eat. You can see good and bad examples below.
